Are the listed prices firm?

We can offer a 3% discount on any purchases made by bank transfer or paper check (send us an email for more information). Notably, any purchases shipped to a delivery address outside of New York State are fully exempt from sales tax. We do also apply price reductions on occasion, in consultation with our consignors.

How can I consign my garment with DHB?

We appreciate your interest and can’t wait to see your bridal pieces! You can read about our consignment process here. After qualifying your garments, fill out our consignment questionnaire and our team will get back to you within one week.

How can I book a try-on appointment?

Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer in-house alterations, but we’re more than happy to refer you to some of the best bridal alterations specialists in NYC.

Do you offer accept returns or exchanges?

While all sales are final, we gladly welcome re-consignment of garments previously purchased from Double Happiness Bridal.
